She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Nissa was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Ralf was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shortbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: Shivering lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
