Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered goblins who tried to eat her hand. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Volen was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Brewer. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Crown-heir profession.

History: Katherine hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bellfounder for the past few years.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and sabotage a competitor
