History: Gerard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. History: Fragrant was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Courier, but she got bored and became a Spice Merchant. She became a Spice Merchant soon after.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
