History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: Paggen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won.
