Description: This late middle aged man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest and is in decent physical shape. His brown fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His eyes are blue.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, River will drive conversation. A true patriot, River would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the south were limited. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bellfounder. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
