Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. She struck the Ploughman job and began her own company from there.

History: Sarah lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Emerald hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and revenge
