History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Elaim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Elaim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
