Description: This malnourished woman wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She is happy with her job as a Blacksmith. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing music.
History: Jane was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Description: 5'5" and muscular, this southern man dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with white slacks. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He hates Tieflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Half-Orc compassion; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is typically in his Sellsword uniform. He has no hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. His bronze crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His red eyes peer out from beneath his feathered green hat.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zedaar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zedaar. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zedaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
