History: He was born into a rich family. His first spouse was a Tanner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
