Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Nedda was born with her mother's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
