Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Jacoba was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Fargas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.
