Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
