History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Harvest was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: She is fixated on the number 47. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Tagga was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
