History: Bryseis was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
