History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Map Maker business.

History: Born to a Scribe, her father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Gale was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Aldous's homeland. Aldous decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aldous fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
