History: Leucis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Volen was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She tends to her Roofer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and further expansion of business
