Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his flail with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Baker business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Baker and was forced into it by his family.

Description: She very much looks the part of a Mercenary. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her morningstar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. She has a long black ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Menny was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Menny and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a miller again

Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Description: She wears red leather gloves, a red jacket, and tight pants. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She keeps her blonde hair in a flapper bob. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Body Guard kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and a rival would like her out of the picture
