History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Valafar was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Fragrant never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
