Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length brown fur. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Flame is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
