Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Paela is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Paela was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

His violet eyes peer out from beneath his feathered brown hat.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
