History: Born to a Ruler, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She has all her life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Born in the west to a Weaver, Nija learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Weaver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Weaver work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has taken up work as a Weaver and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
