History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Through the years after Menny was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Menny's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She struck the Dilettante job and began her own company from there.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
