History: Pallabar hails from a village terrorized by drow. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She found a children's book about a Halfling Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.
