History: He comes from a rich eastern family. In his youth he was a Butcher, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is a Painter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Broce was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
