Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around her ears. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His blonde hair is cut short. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a red feather.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Tordek hails from a village terrorized by giants. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
Ideals: Persistence. Flaws: Ugly, Antagonistic. Bonds: Enemies. Occupation: Merchant

Description: She likes to wear white tank tops with blue skirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'0" when asserting herself. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Lavinia was taken on many hunting expeditions. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: She wears skinny pants and wears a green and brown robe with the hood down. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. Her purple hair is matted, messy, and big. She has gleaming, smiling red eyes.
Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Mercenary. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Markosian took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. She has worked as a Mercenary like her mother before her.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
