Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dilettante for the past few years.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and balancing his hectic life and new dilettante responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Helgret embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Carter business.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nija grew up listening to her father's many stories. After coming to the age of reason, Nija took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
