Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Arava was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Portia was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and money/treasure

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Heian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
