History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, River has worked very hard to control her curse. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Her grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars, and her gloved hand is found clutching a warhammer. Her blonde hair is long and unkept. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. A true patriot, Breena would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Breena and her spouse have recently divorced.
