Personality: He is fixated on the number 67. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
