History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: A 5'8" southern man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She carries with her a set of halberds on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. Her hair is white and curly. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Jarsali hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When Jarsali reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a black cloak and cross-gartered yellow stockings. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and regain custody of her daughter
