History: Nelkin was born the youngest of three triplets. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. His blue hair is thinning but still full. His silver eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tiefling culture. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
