History: Gifted from a young age, Kipper studied abroad. Kipper abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His first spouse was a Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Glassblower, and he later adopted a second daughter.
