Personality: Cumpen is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in the north. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. After coming to the age of reason, Rangrim took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he prefers to wear flannel. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Joser enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Joser and his spouse have recently divorced.
