History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Lucan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
