History: Dee hails from a village terrorized by drow. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion
