History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. He has achieved small success as a Bounty Hunter.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the south to a Painter, Tomi learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Tomi was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Tomi's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult
