Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Serpent embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Through the years after Serpent was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Serpent's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Quarion was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Murook lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student she started as a Knight, but she got bored and became a Soapmaker. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Murook never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
