Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His crest is red and curly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Pandjed is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the east to a Carter, Norman learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears long strands of topaz and short tan dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her head has been shaved. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Reddlepop will drive conversation. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Reddlepop was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has worked as a Junk Dealer like her mother before her.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family.
