Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a white costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. His hair is auburn and curly. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Chay is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Chay was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At some point he was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Chay was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has done her best to style her blonde hair to look like a famous performer. Her amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Balifra is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born in the north. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He sports a flattop hair cut. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He got into the Interpreter business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His hair is short and white. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture
