History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Murook hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
