He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and tiefling compassion

Description: This tall, slender woman is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her crest is green and very short. Her eyes are likewise gold.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. The war was a terrible time for her, and Arava does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Arava was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When Arava reached her early adolescence her Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
