History: He was raised in a island tribe. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and retire the richest woman in the east
