Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Burana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Burana was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Gormogord enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gormogord was born with his father's beautiful face. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her silver hair is still thick. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Being a Butcher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
