Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Havilar was born with her mother's beautiful face. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Thomas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: She wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are black and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She got into the Dilettante business at a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
