History: Jezean was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Purban grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

History: Gifted from a young age, Torgga studied abroad. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
