Description: She prefers to wear flannel. She is physically well-built. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Being a Engraver kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She has a long golden ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears suspenders and brown workpants. Her shirt is white, and she wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. Her red fur is knotted and matted. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Serpent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is happy with her job as a Sage. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Sage business.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hecat was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Painter mother left her crippled. She's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: To be a Painter again.
