He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Quarethon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Ootah lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ootah was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Locksmith. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: This malnourished man wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Boddynock grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Boddynock. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She got into the Dyer business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Dyer. She has worked as a Dyer like her mother before her.
