Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Darrak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naeris grew up listening to his father's many stories. He worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. Being a Tanner kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tanner and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
