Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She is portly but not overly obese. Her silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a tan collared shirt and white skirt. She accessorizes with a violet scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt and is in decent physical shape. Her tied-back hair is golden. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Being a Tanner kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
