Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. A freak accident while working with her Crown-heir mother left her crippled. She's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Crown-heir again; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: Aelar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to protect his home
